Job Detail:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for preparing daily/weekly MIS on milk sales, milk procurement, payment/collection & performance metrics
2. Responsible for reporting on key performance metrics/SLAs on active farmer/customer base, on time collection, farmer/customer activation & retention
3. Responsible for managing master data on software platform
4. Responsible for analysing & making dashboard for key metrics reporting to management
5. Responsible for follow up with call center & field team to update reports and coordinate on day to day operational activities
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have strong experience of min 4-7 years in MIS & business analysis function preferably in telecom, call center/BPO, consumer internet industry
2. Should have expertise in collecting & managing data from field team, CRM software for data reconciliation & generating reports in a high data volume function
3. Should have advanced knowledge of excel based reporting ie VLOOK UP, Index Match, SUMIF, Conditional Formatting as well as dashboard reporting
4. Should have experience in handling operations in commercial function
