We’re looking for individuals who:

- Have a natural passion for quickly grasping the most important insights from a set of data.

In this role, you’ll be directly working with our edtech company, GT School. First, you’ll develop an expert understanding of our processes by understanding how our programs work. Then, you’ll start executing tasks in accordance with our playbooks.
Not only will you gain valuable experience, but you’ll also receive regular coaching and training from a team of global tech experts and operations professionals. You’ll get constructive feedback on all of your work to help you develop.
What You Will Be Doing
- Performing routine operations tasks in accordance with current process playbooks.
- Understanding the gaps in existing playbooks, and suggesting improvements.
- Performing ad-hoc Operations tasks to support our academic process that aren’t outlined in playbooks – for these, you’ll be provided with clear instructions on what you need to do.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Performing just one task or function – you’ll be given a variety of Operations tasks to support your growth and development.
- Performing advanced deep dives that require you to have a prerequisite level of knowledge – this type of work is performed by our senior analyst team.
Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of our academic programs by performing operational or administrative tasks that follow one of our playbooks.
Basic Requirements
- Great written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
- Able to consistently work 40 hours per week, 35 of which must be done between Monday and Friday.
- Able to commit to a shift between 7 AM and 10 PM Central Time

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
