Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction:

The ALM Insights VP – Transform is responsible for:

• Act as an IRRBB Modelling Lead for the ALM Transform Programme, providing subject matter expertise on ALM and ALM Reporting including model design, model architecture and regulatory compliance and interpretation
• Oversee and perform testing of change ensuring that deliverables meet requirements and are business ready ensuring all appropriate controls and governance are place

ERP Analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution, configuration & testing.

Job complexity may vary among jobs within this job level and will align with one of the job complexities listed below:
(1) Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Incumbent builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. What we are looking for:

Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Serves as the Techno Functional expert in e Business Suite (EBS) applications deployed in the Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain.
Has strong knowledge in EBS R12 Inventory, Order Management, Quoting, Pricing, Purchasing
Has experience in the oracle EBS support functions like problem solving, incident resolution, etc…

Has experience in handling custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes

Has end-user, business analyst and onsite interaction experience for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs and working with multiple group to coordinate and carry out functional activities which include new development, maintenance and production support activities.
Participates in EBS applications process design and development of customizations.

Able to convert the business requirements in to functional specifications and developing test scenarios, test cases and executing them
Gather the requirements from user, onsite counterparts and explain them to the technical developers and analysts for code development
Experience in working with different time zone counterparts
Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Provides assistance to design, program and execute simple test plans. Implements, documents and maintains basic computing applications. Writes and compiles basic code and constructs basic database objects based on documented design. Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality. Assists in gathering information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience in development, implementation and support of small and/or large-scale Software applications
• 3 to 5 years’ experience working on C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Node.js; .NET Framework: nHibernate, WebAPI, ASP.Net, ASP.NET Core; UI Framework: Angular, React; Cloud: Azure or AWS or PCF; Databases: Oracle, SQL Server; SharePoint Framework: SharePoint 2013/2016
• Experience using Agile Methodologies – SAFe, SCRUM etc.
• Software development/support skills include: designing, documenting, coding, user training, testing, and maintaining software computing applications
• Candidate will work with internal business partners and product owners to deliver products/applications that delight end users
• Strong communication skills will be required to succeed in this job;
• Work with Product manager, Systems/Data Analysts and UX designer to define application requirements and usability
• Knowledge: Apply extensive job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts to deliver projects
• Problem Solving: Provide technical solutions and implementations to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity
• Discretion: Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment
• Outstanding programming skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in Java-based programming.
• Outstanding problem Solving and analytical skills.
• Strong experience in the Spring Framework
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design
• Good knowledge of MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server.
• Familiarity in UI frameworks like ReactJS/Angular is not mandatory but would be a plus
• Good insights of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management etc.)
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Familiarity with building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments
• Exposure to SDLC of large-scale enterprise applications
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline for cloud like Jenkins, Sonar, Docker.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps/Kanban would be desirable.
• Willingness to adapt to newer practices/methodologies
