Your responsibilities as a Data Analyst and Insights Analyst –

Jira

• Audit (one-off exercise) – review all old tickets for UK and WW and either roll-off/withdraw or create backfills
• Admin – responsible for creation, updating and periodical audit of UK Jira tickets

UK FTE requests

• assist with Finance approved UK requests coming from Talent team (Kai and Vid) and add to Master Tracker (Resources tab & Cost Summary)

Capacity Planning

• work with UK Finance, Talent, PGD Centers and WW New Business POC to obtain key stats and data (UK employee stats, revenue and PCR, quarterly utilization reports, new biz pipeline etc)
• Create CP deck (shapes, graphs, commentary, and appendix tables)
• Create future templates for Q2 and improved look and feel to Q3 & Q4 CP decks

Master Tracker

• Generally helping to make updates (initially with training and our consent), to the “FTE Name” comments in the Resources tab.

UK Billings

• prepare monthly utilization report for UK sign off and delivery to PM India Finance for invoicing
• cost tracker and share with UK POCs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’ s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Math or GIS fields)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, and data-driven strategic role(s).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Financial services background preferred, but not required
• Understanding of spatial data science and GIS applications (e.g., Esri, QGIS, PostGIS) preferred, but not required
• Domain specific expertise including fraud/risk analytics, bank operations, and distribution strategy preferred, but not required
