Job Description

• Candidates should be with BE / BTech – Civil with 3 to 4 year of experience in residential / Villa projects
• Responsible for site execution for all civil activities
• To monitor & ensure completion of the projects as per the specified quality/ timeline & cost. Delegation of work to project team and subcontractors.
• Coordination between the different agencies & departments internally as well as client.
• Maintain daily project reports and continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels.
• Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.
• Knowledge of General Methodology of constructions –like marking, checks for alignments, verticality, sequence of construction of concreting works, Block work constructions, Plastering works, etc.
• Knowledge of good construction practices, Problem solving capability, Understanding root cause, and taking corrective & Preventive Measures, carrying out the rectification work as per approved methodology
