Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collect raw data from various platforms and sources, including customer databases, marketing campaigns, web analytics, and social media platforms.
2. Clean, transform, and manipulate data using Excel and SQL to prepare it for analysis.
3. Develop and maintain databases using SQL and Excel to ensure accurate and up-to-date data for analysis.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
5. Create charts, graphs, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with other team members, including data scientists and business analysts, to integrate data and insights into broader business strategies.
7. Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that analysis is based on the latest best practices and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science, or equivalent work experience.
2. Strong experience with SQL and Excel for data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
3. Proven ability to maintain and manage databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate findings to stakeholders.
7. A passion for working with data and using insights to drive business decisions.
8. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
9. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
