Job Description & Summary

You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

About the Role

PwC’s L&D team is looking for an L&D  Associate, to work as a part of the Fresher(Campus & Interns) Training program management as a part of the Campus Academy. The role will have the ownership of program management and execution of fresher training (including Inductions,tech/non-tech training) who are hired as a part of campus hires within the Acceleration Centers.

Position Requirements

  • Executing and managing Campus hire Onboarding/Training  program at large scale 
  • Would be responsible for the end to end planning and execution of Campus Training for a set of practices within the business
  • Would be accountable for overall executing the tech / non-tech up-skilling calendars and support faculty alignment for delivering inhouse trainings
  • Would work towards ensuring high employee experience for campus hires during the training period
  • Would ensure to track training impact of campus trainings and as required provide necessary course corrections
  • Would be accountable to report out training data using dashboards 
  • Review Feedback scores to ensure high quality of training delivery is achieved
  • Would follow all compliance related aspects of Training execution
  • Manage training logistic, set up calendar invite 

What You’ll Need

Skills

  • Excellent capabilities in managing stakeholders interactions at senior leadership level
  • Strong execution capabilities using proper program management skills (processes, trackers,reviews etc.)
  • Understanding of  logistics management skills
  • Drive the L&D brand within the organization by providing measurable learning outcomes
  • Strong networking skills with an ability to forge relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adept to manage change at short notice and be a change ambassador – high agility and ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization.
  • Past experience of managing end to end of campus/lateral training experience with high volumes will be an added advantage.

Qualification

  • MBA degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Overall experience of 3 – 5  years in L&D and having managed new hire campus training at scale.
  • Technology training understanding would be an added advantage.
