The Business Services Analyst provides direct administrative and operational support to the CAO/CFO and provides functional support for all areas of the Business Services Office and Strategic Communications; including Administration, Finance and Human Resources. Duties include, but are not limited to: coordinating the day-to-day operational support of the office; manage logistics and schedule meetings and events, coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursement; owns purchasing and stocking of office supplies and equipment; maintains files and databases; coordinates recruitment, onboarding and separation processes; processing of all HR personnel and payroll actions; helps staff resolve all IT related inquiries; manages the CAO/CFO’s daily workflow, complex calendar; analyzes information and data for a variety of reports and proposals; composes, edits, and routes correspondence and meeting summaries.

1. Demonstrated previous experience providing high level administrative support and customer service.

2. Demonstrated skill in developing, modifying, and adapting administrative procedures and systems to ensure effective and efficient operations. Skill in organizing material and information in a systematic way to achieve maximum efficiency.
