Job Detail:
- Minimum of B.E/B.Tech with 6 months – 1.6 yrs of industry experience.
- Experience with one or more reporting systems such as SQL, Excel, MS Access, and Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Qualifications:
- Perform routine Position Management tasks leveraging multiple systems.
- Conduct routine data cleanup on multiple systems.
- Work with Finance, HR, technology and various stakeholders to ensure the workforce pipeline is efficient and accurate.
- Support the development of the Workforce Planning strategy.
- Become knowledgeable on Visa s products and support the product team in driving the development of product features and functionality, leveraging the strong foundation of existing capabilities where appropriate.
- Understand hiring manager trends, needs, and user requirements.
- Collaborate with internal Visa teams (e.g., HR, Development, Finance and Product Teams) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to specific Workforce Planning requirements.
- Eagerness and self-starting approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional collaborative environments.
