POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying and management of reporting and improvement processes in InSight as well as the completion of reporting, tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of InSight processes. May assist in credit analysis related processes and loan transactions of current and prospective customers and performing duties that require independent, discretionary judgment.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Acts as Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for the Credit & Loan Administration department’s Commercial Workflow system.
Develops and maintains custom reports and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity, productivity, and monitor usage.
Troubleshoots and resolves problems and requests from internal customers.
Assists with testing software releases and upgrades with IT and InSight Office including break/fix/enhancement tracking, user training and working with vendor as needed.
Develops and maintains a process for routine data cleanup and maintenance (TCE Groups, Duplicate Relationships, Collateral, NAICS, etc.)
Acts as subject matter expert for loan systems, by communicating best practices and suggesting initiatives in support or improvement of the applicable lending processes.
Oversees the financial statement covenant process, reporting, and maintenance thereof.
Provides strategic and tactical recommendations to Credit Administration Manager for improving reporting, controls, and results.
Prepares and provides training and reference material to assist users.
May assist with the preparation of financial spreads utilizing financial statement software.
Works independently to review credit score loan transactions for current and prospective clients for proper approval and adherence to loan policy guidelines and regulations and communicates approvals to Loan Officers or Senior Credit Analyst via bank software.
Assists Senior Credit Analyst with regional/division collateral analysis/evaluation.
Backs Up/Supports committee approval process and post-committee/individual approver processes.
Completes all compliance training.
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Four (4) or more years of relevant work experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, InSight/nCino/Salesforce.
Analytical and project management skills.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies and processes, quickly and effectively.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal skills.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
