Summary
Under the direction of the Benefits & Compensation Manager, the Benefits Analyst performs a variety of benefits program activities, ensuring validity and accuracy of these programs and applying appropriate regulations and law. Responsibilities include but are not limited to participating and assisting in administering pension, retirement, group insurance, and other employee benefit plans.
Minimum Qualifications
Benefits Analyst I
Minimum Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis)
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in human resources or related field with at least two (2) years working in benefits and/or compensation
Benefits Analyst II
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis)
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in human resources or related field with at least two (2) years working in benefits
Benefits Analyst III
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis)
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in human resources or related field with at least four (4) years working in benefits
