You will be the face of technology training for AI/ML. You will uncover technical learning needs, influence learning strategy, and build solutions that support engineers. Key Qualifications
- Experience delivering technical learning for technical audiences
- Depth of experience with software engineering on Apple platforms
- Shown success in working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to influence alignment and action
- Passion for adult learning and championing a culture of development
- Demonstrated success in negotiating, contracting, and communicating within an organizational framework
- Proven track record to work well individually and in teams, work under tight achievements, and successfully balance multiple tasks
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Facilitation or teaching skills preferred
- 5-years’ proven experience crafting and implementing learning and development solutions
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated ability in consultancy or client relationship management
Description
~ Engage engineers and engineering managers to uncover, align on, and predict technical learning and development needs for areas like architecture, tools, best practices, and skill advancement. ~ Create technical learning journeys to build curriculums that incorporate a variety of learning formats including, self-paced resources, virtual instructor-led courses, seminars, case studies, and simulations. ~ Develop engineers into technical writers and classroom facilitators. ~ Build credibility and trust through deep business acumen and authentic connection to engineering goals. ~ Build a cadence for maintenance and iteration for all learning resources. ~ Develop marketing and communication strategies for technical learning. ~ Determine evaluation strategies and use metrics to communicate results to leaders and stakeholders. ~ Ensure equitable access to technical learning for a globally distributed audience, and with respect to key business dates, to maximize participation and application on the job. ~ Partner with other learning professionals to ensure technical training is extraordinary.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development, Software Engineering, Business, or related fields Professional proficiency in English
