CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: Business System Analyst (Oracle Purchasing)
This role is responsible for the technical support of Purchase orders, Warehouse Management, and Inventory. Specifically, the BA would be responsible for systems, data flow, & processes that support Oracle ERP (minimum Oracle EBS experience; Oracle Cloud experience preferred). Day-to-day activities include:
- Managing Oracle Item Master
- Oracle Inventory Stock Reconciliation
- Oracle Inventory Transactions
- Oracle Cost Adjustments
- Oracle Cost Distributions
- Oracle Purchase Orders creation and change orders
- Oracle PO approvals
- Oracle PO Receiving
- Oracle AR invoice creation
- General AR2AP process in Oracle
- Oracle AR Receipt clearing
- Creating / modifying Oracle reports (leveraging SQL) related to POs & Items
- FBDI and WebADIs related to the above tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university
- two to five (2- 5) of work experience as an expert in purchasing
- Good communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
