Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech Degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or a related field.
- +2 years experience in business development
- Experience in all phases of sales life cycle and customer engagement
- Strong technology as well as deep knowledge in multiple business domains
- Strong social skills and ability to work well with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills and ability to prepare and deliver high impact presentations.
- Experience managing and marketing campaigns for B2B sales.
- Ability to work cohesively with technology teams and be accountable for a delightful customer
- Strong Business Development Skills and Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create deep knowledge in Customer Domains, work with Domain experts to leverage their knowledge to help solve customer problems through CogniTensor’s capabilities.
- Gathering functional requirements from prospects during engagement and assisting in solution identification documentation for prospects and creation of SoW for next stage
- Liaising with UI/UX team to build prototypes for solutions
- Create business plans with key stakeholders and ensure goals are being defined, measured, tracked and met.
- Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
- Coordinate with CogniTensor Marketing team to develop compelling sales and marketing collateral, including but not limited to case studies, datasheets, marketing campaign content, product positioning, sales plays, and FAQs.
- Strategize to lead the market with extraordinary and relevant cognitive solutions with an aim to be a trusted advisor to customers.
- You will be responsible for Business Development in your segment which includes developing a strong sales pipeline using research and the latest marketing techniques, giving presentations on our technology offerings, creating commercial proposals, and meeting assigned revenues targets with linearity, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Ability to innovate, define new offerings / modify existing offerings to suit the needs of customers, and sharpen the value propositions.
- Partner Management: Aligning with partners and working to create new partnerships to help scale business
- Coordinate with CogniTensor partners and internal sales teams to successfully realize company commercial goals.
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve processes to operationalize CogniTensor partner go-to-market strategy.
- Lead Sales training for strategic partners.
