Job Title: Business Optimization Analyst – Technology Operation
Reports to: Business Optimization Manager
Location: Remote
The Role:
This is a key role in the development, implementation and optimization of the processes and toolsets that support Deckers’ Technology Operations, responsible for the delivery of Enterprise projects, strategic initiatives, and product roadmaps.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of Technology and IT Project vendor accounts, including major accounts, within Oracle applications
- Receives and ensures timely payment of Technology Operations and Project invoices
- Proactive & continuous improvement of Deckers Technology accounting processes, SOW & vendor governance
- PO creation/maintenance in collaboration with PMs and Technology groups for vendor invoicing, vendor data, and spend tracking
- Monthly/annual fixed assets and accruals reporting
- Collaboration with AP, where required, for technology invoice review and reconciliation
- Support maintenance of Deckers’ IT contractor resource agreements & SOWs – including database & reporting
- Maintenance of project budgets within Oracle projects
- Enter budget data in Deckers’ PPM application
- Maintenance and distribution of IT finance reporting: AP Parked Invoices, Timesheets, Exceptions, SOW tracking, etc.
