Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine® Solutions, Fedwire®, National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash®, FedACH®, and Check Services. We are leading a strategic effort to transform FRFS to a national, enterprise-focused organization. You will focus optimizing and reporting on marketing communications programming that promotes the new interbank 24x7x365 real-time gross settlement (RTGS) service with integrated clearing functionality, called the FedNow service. This service will help enable financial institutions provide their customers with the ability to send and receive payments any time, any day, and have full access to those funds within seconds.

You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a new important Federal Reserve initiative that will be transformative to the payments landscape in the United States.

Summary
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and provide partners with valuable information that can be used to help improve decision-making. You will independently collect, clean, and maintain data in addition to supporting basic to moderately complex analytical reports and analysis. You will respond to and share information with key members throughout the department.

The level of work required is considered intermediate and staff must be able to work under general supervision. You will report to the Data Analytics Team Lead, you will have no direct reports. #LI-Remote

This position internally will be titled as Data Analyst.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for basic to moderately complex projects
  • Consult with the Marketing Communications team on customer datapoints that can be used for targeting, personalization, and segmentation.
  • Collect, clean, and maintain quantitative and qualitative Marketing data from multiple sources with moderate complexity
  • Contribute to reporting and analysis across multiple tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Dataroma) by building business-focused dashboards and reports for the Marketing Communications team.
  • Support Marketing campaigns by providing data-driven recommendations and input on lead generation/scoring models.
  • Automate data from one or more data sets or domains with basic to moderate complexity
  • Support key word mining and web optimization efforts across all public-facing websites using Screaming Frog and Google Analytics.
  • Present both orally and in written form, findings and assessments concerning intermediate to moderately complex matters or institutions to internal partners
  • Develop relationships within the team, division, and department
Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three plus years of direct work-related experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce products (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Tableau) and Google products (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and execute business processes; demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge in completing assignments.
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming, and scripting language(s).
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate independent and critical thinking and decision-making abilities and solid written and oral communication abilities
  • Possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to build and work collaboratively within and across work teams
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage time and projects effectively by adjusting quickly to new and different priorities
  • Possess general business acumen

Requirements
