The Team

The CCB Data & Analytics team is the engine that powers Chase with insights that are used to create competitive advantages for our business, with an emphasis on creating value for our customers. Unifying data and analytics talent across Chase, the team encompasses a variety of Data & Analytics disciplines, from data governance and data strategy/partnerships, to reporting, data science and machine learning. You will partner closely with our technology partners, leveraging the cutting-edge data and analytics infrastructure they have constructed to ensure front-line impact through transformational projects.

Within the broader CCB Data & Analytics team, the CCB Focused Analytics Solutions Team (FAST) is responsible for working across CCB to develop and execute actionable, data-driven analytical solutions, while providing the foundation for future Data & Analytics talent and leadership. The team leverages Big Data in a consulting-style environment that places a premium on creative problem solving and client interaction, working on a wide range of strategic, highly visible projects with internal clients, including: Consumer Banking, Home Lending, Card Services, Business Banking, and Auto Finance.

The Role

Strategy & Execution sits at the center of critical strategy, program management and operational initiatives within FAST. As a member of our team you will partner across FAST to:

  • Drive projects and initiatives aligned to FAST strategic priorities while developing a mix of project management and consulting skills (problem-solving, stakeholder interaction)
  • Design and improve processes to efficiently address operational priorities (i.e., controls, recruiting), while soliciting feedback from Data Science and Analytics solutions colleagues
  • Identify areas for enhanced collaboration internally within FAST and within the broader CCB D&A organization
  • Create and manage tools and resources to be leveraged across FAST
  • Develop materials (presentations decks, process guides, etc.) for stakeholder meetings and internal trainings
  • Partner with other CCB D&A Chief of Staff teams to drive greater coordination, synergies, and efficiencies

Key Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in developing solutions to help FAST better support our stakeholders while continuing to foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that emphasizes learning and development
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills – the ability to convey ideas simply and clearly across audience levels
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with key cross-functional partners and stakeholders across a broad organization
  • Consulting orientation with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and results orientation

Desirable Skills:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of JPMC policies, processes, and tools (i.e., compliance/controls, expenses, HR, etc.)
  • Experience in event planning/management
  • Flexibility and creativity in your problem-solving approach
