Overview

Knowledge Services is actively seeking an IT Implementation Analyst candidate for a full time Direct Hire role with our client in Carmel, IN. This role is open for a hybrid remote work schedule. Ideal candidate can work in office 2-3 days/ week.

Responsibilities:

The Purpose of the Implementation Analyst is to fulfill all technical aspects for delivering project assignments related to the purchase of Client software/solutions. The Analyst may function as a member of a project team for larger-scaled implementations or may serve as the single project contact for smaller client engagements. Their objective is to become the subject matter expert of the solutions we deliver to the clients of our organization.

  • Serves as a vital project team member, responsible for the implementation of business solutions. For smaller engagements, may be asked to perform dual roles as the project manager and implementation analyst.
  • Implements primarily configurable solutions in an efficient and effective manner while working within a pre-defined scope of work. This role will work on multiple projects of varying scope and duration while coordinating efforts with multiple resources on each project.
  • Clearly communicates implementation process to client team members and set proper expectations throughout the engagement. Provide on-demand solution training (“how to’s”), based on client need, during the implementation. Recommend formal solution training (onsite or webinar), refresher training and offer User Acceptance Testing and usage procedures according to best practices.
  • Advises client and internal personnel in the resolution of technical or complicated issues associated with implementing Baker Hill business solutions.
  • Consistently provides timely project status updates to appropriate project team members and executive management.
  • Creates and maintains project reference documentation and support materials for ongoing client use.
  • Provides post-implementation assistance, as needed, to resolve client issues received by the Client Services Technical Support Team.
  • Operates as a client advocate, contributes to the identification of new and/or improved solution workflow, practical utilization and technical application specifications to reflect client business requirements.
  • Participates in corporate readiness during the transition of new solution releases to anticipate the effects new changes may have on the implementation of current and future projects.

Qualifications

  • BA preferred Information Technology/Systems, Informatics, Computer Science or similar
  • 2+ years work experience in the offered position or as Business Analyst, Systems/Data Analyst, Report Writer/Designer, or Programmer / Software Developer
  • Experience writing, testing and implementing Microsoft SQL to solve basic business problems, or experience with other database technologies
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience with software implementation
  • Proficiency in office technologies including the MS Excel and MS Access
  • Experience with the banking industry or experience with banking software (loan origination, exception management, CRM, statement analysis, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills while juggling a variety of responsibilities
  • Able to be a positive contributor and work well in a team environment
