Senior Business Management Analyst – Early Career

We will count on you to:

  • Organize and prioritize tasks, as well as assist with executives’ projects and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment in the handling of confidential information, with a high degree of integrity and trust
  • Utilize strong critical thinking, discretion, and follow-through skills to monitor and manage various administrative tasks and projects
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed and timely for the President of Marsh Captive Solutions and the executive Strategy and Operations Manager
  • Bring key items to the executives’ attention, initiate necessary actions (e.g., follow-ups, prioritizations, action required, etc.), and draft responses for executive review
  • Carry projects and initiatives to completion while working successfully with different types of people at many organizational levels both in a team environment and independently
  • Undertake office management duties (such as procurement, billing, payments, etc.)
  • Undertake internal reporting and reconciliation duties to ensure accuracy and to investigate discrepancies


What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Tech savvy – ability to demonstrate technical based skills and navigate through multiple systems quickly
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work with moderate supervision, and with a keen appreciation for the importance of quality service
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and demonstrated problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage own workload and to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate well with global partners

  • Prior experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience
  • Experience with MS Dynamics
  • Project management experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,420 to $122,520.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
