Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provides technical support to dealer technicians and body builders to assist with up-time trucks being diagnosed and repaired accurately and efficiently . This position is full-time working remotely with 10% travel required to dealer locations.
The team works a shift rotation and hours below can change:
Monday – Friday 7AM – 4PM CST (For about 5 weeks than the below shifts start)
Monday – Friday 6AM – 3PM CST
Tuesday – Saturday 7AM – 3PM CST
Monday – Friday 12PM to 9PM CST
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with service engineering and applications engineering team to provide technical feedback and suggestions
- Escalate trending failure modes
- Support new launches
- Travel onsite to dealer locations to support vehicle down situations
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of field service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience
OR
- Master’s degree
OR
- At least 4 years of field service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience
Additional Requirements:

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Desired Skills:
- 6 years of diagnostics experience related to Class 4-8 Truck Diesel Engines, after treatment and electrical systems
- Computer proficiency and entry level experience with Outlook, Power Point and Excel
- Typing speed 40 wpm
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Ability to follow processes
- Critical Thinking
- Customer focused

Benefits and Compensation:
Full-time benefits , non-exempt, salaried position paid bi-weekly . Salary range $60-$90k depending on experience.
