The Digital Product Team is looking for a talented Business Analyst Intern to work on a critical project to be presented at the conclusion of the internship. During your project you will dig deep into a specific business area, define a problem statement, analyze/evaluate solutions, and then deliver a feature/features that deliver business results through technology. You will work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers and subject matter experts in an agile methodology.

Who You Are

  • Someone with excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills
  • A fast learner and self-starter – who takes ownership of the outlined goals and delivers results
  • A skilled communicator – you quickly elicit feedback, translate requirements, and troubleshoot issues with colleagues
  • Curious – asking a lot of questions and exploring creative/simple ways to solve issues

What You’ll Do During The Intern Project

  • Learn to apply analytical and business knowledge to solve problems
  • Build/Gather technical requirements and develop and implement process-improvements
  • Author user stories and/or features for a digital product
  • Apply fundamental project management skills

What You’ll Need

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related
  • Familiarity of agile & scrum development methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency using MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
