This role is a key contributor in the are of Data Science in Global HR MIS & Analytics, where the candidate will is proficient in :

Willing to learn new skills, programming languages and development processes

Previous experience with people analys and quantifying data from public and private repositories

Experience with descriptive statistics and visualization tools for People Analytics

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Databricks) and familiarity/experience with Azure technology stack (Blob Storage, Data lake, VMs).

Knowledge of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques in HR

Expert in debugging and investigative programming techniques
-
Experience with data selection methods: identify how to choose which data for which experimental setups
-
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Experience with deep learning models

Experience in neural networks (including recurrent, convolutional, long short memory)

Expert in Python, R, Notebook; command line usage (Bash)

Excellent communication and organizational skills with significant attention to detail

Experience with parallel data processing

Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in an agile, dynamic environment

Experience with Flask / web development would be beneficial

Experience in different facets of HR would be beneficial
Qualifications

MSc or greater in Data Science, Computer Science, Math or Statistics
