Knowledge, Skills and Experience (What you need to have)

• Experience: 0 – 1 years.
• Academic Qualification: B.E/B.Tech with consistent academic performance.
• Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
• Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies
• Should be able to write good industry standard code.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Passion for technology and software development.
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Possess good knowledge in SQL and should be able to write DDL/DML SQL queries fluently.
• Should be able to work as an integral junior member of the team and complete the assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Should have gained good business knowledge in the assigned project.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E., M.Sc. (Tech.), MCA

• BE/Btech or ME Mtech Fresher
• Trained from reputed institutions in Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal verification, SV, UVM, VerilogAMS,
• Good knowledge in Analog basic circuits like CMOS inverter, Op Amps, Bandgap, Current mirror, Diff-Amps, etc..
• Good knowledge in DIGITAL circuits like basic gates, mux, Flip-Flops etc..
• Spice netlist simulations experience is added advantage
• Scripting languages like PERL, Python is added advantage.

AMS Verification, Digital Verification, Freshers, PSPICE or Equivalent Analog Circuit Simulation Tool Experience, System Verilog, Verilog, Verilog-AMS

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a member of the Functional Finance Team, an integral part of BCG’s internal Worldwide Finance

organization, provide meaningful, insightful, and accurate financial support to help guide and

influence the decision-making process. The team partners with the leadership of our Global Functions,

senior finance management and local, regional and global finance colleagues across the

organization.

In this role the incumbent will be responsible for :

• Providing analytical support across a wide range of areas including Day-to-day finance operations,
• analysis, reporting, and planning for Global Services (GS) and Worldwide Initiatives (WWI) offices
• Gaining an understanding of BCG Financial systems and support the Lead analysts with preparation of
• the month end reports, variance analysis and other ad-hoc reporting for leadership discussions and
• reviews.
• Supporting strategic cross functional projects for visibility into costs, growth drivers, functional deep
• dives and scenario modelling for visibility to senior stakeholders
• Using fresh perspective to streamline processes and document best practices within the team for
• efficient accomplishment of results

London, and New Delhi.
