The Analyst/Project Coordinator (APC) will examine methodically and in detail both the constitution and structure of a business-related problem or data set, organize the information, interpret the information to reach meaningful conclusions, and present the conclusions, findings, and/or solutions to decision makers. Upon a decision or approval for action the APC may be called upon to assist in creating an implementation plan to execute the APC’s recommendations or solutions. After which the APC will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the progress of the implementation plan to its successful conclusion. The APC plays a vital role in the building and growth of the organization, is a creative problem solver, and their success is evidenced by the impact of their contributions.

- Strong math and statistical skills
- Strong business acumen

To promote good work-life balance, we have adopted a competitive PTO policy where all first-year full time employees accrue 14 total days of PTO (almost three weeks of paid time off). The number of PTO days able to accrue increases with each year of employment too. We offer 48 hours of paid sick time to all full-time employees with part-time and even per diem employees able to accrue paid sick time based on hours worked. We also offer paid bereavement leave in the event of a close family member passing away.
