1. Under graduate in Computer Engineering, Technology or Information Systems.
2. Prior experience with the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
3. Excellent Communication skills (as this involves interacting with Americas / EMEA/APAC business users and clients)
4. Expert in SQL Programming
5. Master in Reporting Writing in SSIS, SSRS, SPSS & Microsoft Office
6. Hands on Experience with ERP Systems like Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Financials or IBM, SAP etc.
7. Proficiency in using Excel, Advanced formula like VLOOKUP, IndexMatch together with ability to write Macros using VBA Programming
8. Skills in Anaplan, Workiva, Spreadsheet Server or similar Applications
