Sr System Analyst
The End User Services (EUS) Collaboration Technology team is looking for a Sr System Analyst to join our Operations and support team. We are responsible for the operational support and service administration for TIAA’s enterprise Microsoft 365 platform and SharePoint on premise platforms as part of our collaboration strategy. Our M365 collaboration tools include SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive as well as Power Platform and other M365 services.
The Sr Systems Analyst will provide Level 2 End user support for the supported collaboration platforms and supporting services. This can include Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Team, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Yammer, Stream, and Power Platform. In addition, supply operational support for back-end integrated applications and services for both on-premise and cloud hosted solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide Level 2 support for Incident management. This includes fixing complexities when customizing or integrating the supported collaboration services.
  • Provide End user support for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and supported Microsoft 365 services.
  • Provide IT support for Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow processes on supported services.
  • Works with product owner and technical lead to complete agile stories of any kind.
  • Evaluates and implements changes to existing systems and maintains documentation as necessary.
  • Reviews flow charts, models, and procedures and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
  • Reviews technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
  • Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance and security standards, and interfaces.
  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
  • Educates end users on system designs and functionalities through creation of training materials and conducting demos.
  • Evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems.
  • Works with other team members to implement and validate the solutions.
  • Flexibility to the demands of the services we provide and any project to which they are assigned. The role may require out of office hours work.
  • Ensure the team is delivering quality work.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Career Level

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform support and administration
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • 1+ years experience supporting M365
Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform support and administration
  • History of working credibly within teams and delivering high level of support services on the supported platforms
  • Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
  • Knowledge of Power Platform products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Ability to communicate platform capabilities to customer and provide appropriate recommendations

Base Pay Range: $86,000/yr. – $143,300/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
