This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and or/weekends. Employees are required to have flexibility to work in the office 1-2 times per month. Our office is located at – 9700 Healthcare Lane Minnetonka, MN 55343

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data for accuracy and errors
- Identify and research missing data from various sources
- Administering bonus payments to external brokers on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensuring accurate payments are delivered in a timely manner
- Conducting company and government reporting

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of commission, compensation or data analyst experience
- Experience analyzing raw data from various sources
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (Ability to do v look ups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Ability to work onsite 1-2 times per month per business need
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
- Experience with Microsoft Access or similar (ability to create queries and review data)

- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
