Job Location: Indraprasth

Job Detail:

  • As part of the People Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving people analytics at BCG across regions and businesses
  • You will be working very closely with content owners from various HR functional teams and geographies, in understanding their challenges, and translating those into analytical problem statements to drive a data enabled decision making culture in HR
  • A large part of this role will require relationship building with key stakeholders and implementing change management across HR
  • From its central position within the team it will define, drive and disseminate a regular rhythm of communication on behalf of the People Analytics team that underpins the changes we are driving
  • Key focus would be to drive improvements in effectiveness and efficiency within the HR function, ensuring it supports the GSB/GS/ Global People functions with regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses whilst also serving as a Centre of Excellence in HR analytics
  • The role creates clarity, solves problems and drives alignment whilst appropriately adjusting for geographic and business unit nuances
  • It shapes metrics, scorecards and analyses required to track performance vs the strategic People agendas for HR teams and uses data to shape the leadership discussions required to drive change
  • Strong problem solving, networking, influencing and communication skills (verbal, written and PowerPoint) are absolutely essential

  • Verbal and written communication including with senior audiences

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 8-10/ 10+ years experience in leading high impact analytics projects, and working with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical know-how in dashboard creation, reporting, and advanced analytics (must haves)
  • Very strong influencing, networking and relationship building skills (must haves)
  • Project and change management experience (must haves)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (must haves)
  • Client/executive level presentation preparation experience (good to have)
  • Experience with HR data (good to have)
  • Relevant educational qualifications such as an MBA or an advanced degree (good to have)
