Job Detail:
Business Analyst would play an important role in positioning organisation as an expert in the assigned functional and domain area.
Excellent communication and presentations skills.
Collect and analyses business requirements from customers/prospects through meetings and discussions.
Expertise in writing requirements in the form of user stories.
Expertise in creating workflow diagram, design features and flows in software.
Knowledge of working with JIRA, Confluence or other similar tools.
Participate in meeting with prospects and clients and understand their business need
Understand and analyse RFP’s, work with proposal team to deliver proposals.
Perform market analysis and be up to date with latest trends upcoming in the domain segment
Provide resolution to project teams for any domain related queries
Good to have HR Tech, LearnTech (LMS, LCMS, LXP, Training and management etc.) domain experience.
