This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office an average of two to three days per week with the remainder worked remotely.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on the creation and compilation of risk reports for various risk disciplines. Responsibilities include ingesting, arranging, and/or illustrating data, testing for accuracy, and publishing risk reports to meet risk reporting requirements and comply with bank’s data management control requirements as well as internal/external compliance or audit requirements.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various risk reports in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures

  • Participate in the research and implementation of new and revised reporting requirements, and/or the evaluation of risk reporting requirements for new products/transactions/risk metrics

  • Collect and collate appropriate input for use in reports

  • Review reporting data for accuracy and currency

  • Design and develop monthly and ad hoc reporting

  • Support corporate and departmental strategy by tracking and reporting progress

  • Participate in projects as assigned

  • Ensure appropriate processes, systems and controls are in place to support transparency


Experience

  • 5-6 years’ related experience, ideally within financial services or technology industries

  • 3+ years’ experience preparing risk management reports (Preferred)

  • Advanced skill in Tableau

  • Able to create and run Structured Query Language (SQL) commands and understand and analyze the results (preferred)

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint


Education

BA/BS degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent degree required
