What’s the role

As an Application Support Analyst, you are responsible for delivering smooth operations of the Group Reporting landscapes and their related back-end technology. You manages most operational activities related to processes in the operations management part of the IT delivery. You are also responsible for monitoring the availability and reliability for the landscape that they oversee to meet the KPI’s as agreed in the SLA.

The Application Support Analyst builds the necessary relationships and operational ways of working with stakeholder teams to ensure the effective delivery of their day to day activities. You’ll be working in a 16×5 shift and during certain periods 24×7 shift with on-call outside service hours is part of the job.

Aside from above, you are expected for the following:

Main priority is the daily operations of the Run & Maintain of the landscapes. (Business Continuity)

DataLabs is looking for Principal Associate, Data Engineer to spearhead our foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. This role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs, lead analytical teams to make impactful and actionable offers, and work with Engineering groups to lead tech delivery of large product builds. Responsibilities:

Work with a team of developers with deep experience in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems
Utilize programming languages like Java, Scala, Python and Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases and Cloud based data warehousing services such as Redshift and Snowflake
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community
Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of customers achieve financial empowerment

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in application development
1 year of experience in big data technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in application development including Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
2+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
3+ years experience with Distributed data/computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL)
2+ year experience working on real-time data and streaming applications
2+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation (Mongo, Cassandra)
2+ years of data warehousing experience (Redshift or Snowflake)
3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux including basic commands and shell scripting
2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices

Job Overview:

The Associate Clinical SAS Programmer supports Clinipace data operations by providing programming services to Data Management. This position works under the supervision of a Senior Clinical SAS Programmer and/or management and will assist in various assigned programming and reporting tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical responsibilities and opportunities include, but are not limited to:

Program simple, medium, and complex data checks and data reconciliation reports.
Create special reports using SAS and other tools as requested from the Data Management department.
Merge external data with EDC data and check for consistency.
Transform SAS datasets, delimited data files, and other file types to Excel for data review.
Collaborate and communicate with a wide variety of team members, both situated locally and across the world.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Biostatistics, Statistics, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience to demonstrate knowledge and skills.
