What Well Bring:
The Product Development management team within TransUnion CIBIL works with business to establish the overall strategy and priorities for the products and platforms. Based on the business strategy and overall priorities, the Product Development team creates product plan, including high level business requirements, solution designs, benefits definition and aligns with overall go to market rollout plan.
The Individual in Product Development management team should be able to combine his/her business knowledge, technical expertise and creativity to develop new products and suggest changes in the existing products to enhance product value proposition.
Would be primarily responsible for owning end to end launch of products in India to help cater to TransUnion customers, such as Banks, Insurance, Telco, Fintech, Agro Based, E-Commerce etc.
As part of a global organization, the individual will be required to closely work with the global Centre of Excellence to enable the adoption of best practices and the localization of global products while advancing the common company goals.
She / he must be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring to work across several teams and even geographies, while working with the core management team on the best way forward to help achieve our collective goals

What Youll Bring:
Responsibility 1: MIS and Billing Process Automations
- The individual will be owner for end-to-end billing process for existing and new products of TransUnion CIBIL, including streamlining and automations.
- The Individual will also be responsible for coordinating with Finance and Operations team for day-to-day MIS and revenue accounting related functions.
- Create Tableau Dashboard for regular and ad-hoc reports related to product development and trackers
Impact Youll Make:
Responsibility 2: Product Development
- S/he works closely with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure timely execution of the assigned task/ initiatives.
- Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks and barriers to ensure smooth product development.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the developer team and end-users to deliver updates on progress.
- S/he will need to be conversant with the Agile methodology, PI planning, backlog grooming and related processes.
Experience and Skills
- Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Engineering or Commerce
- Minimum 5-6 years experience in a BFSI domain. At least 2 years in MIS Automation / Revenue Accounting Automation / Techno-functional role in the bank / credit institution
- Working knowledge of Hadoop / HQL to extract the required data sets will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Tableau for creation for regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum.
