Digital P&C Digital and Continuous Improvement is organised within Vestas’ HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HR digital solutions within our decided platforms. Holder of position is accountable for analysis of P&C data in support of the P&C analytics team. They will be instrumental in providing regular and ad-hoc analytics and reporting for the P&C function. The team consists of 3 team members in supporting P&C analytics to Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, prepare and analyse workforce data (e.g. P&C and business outcomes) to gain insight
  • Develop ad-hoc reports where required
  • Contribute to conversations with stakeholders based on research and insights
  • Monthly reporting and insights to P&C stakeholders
  • Quarterly insights to CHRO and Executive Management
  • Identify opportunities for automation and higher report quality
  • Deliver and enhance regular reporting processes in addition to performing ad-hoc tasks. Key deliverables include, but not limited to, python automated presentations, automated SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, and reports in excel

Qualifications

  • You are curious, and find yourself researching and deploying tools and methods which will ensure high reporting & insight quality
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience within the HR systems sphere, whereof both SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM is part of this experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors post go-live
  • 3 years of experience working with HR data models
  • Candidate is fluent and highly comfortable in English both verbal and written
  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Psychology or related discipline

Competencies

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good level of communication, presentation and report writing skills
  • Some experience and comfort working in coding environments (e.g. PyCharm or Databricks)
  • Experience working with people data (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, surveys)
  • Experience in handling and investigating structured and unstructured data (e.g. R Studio or Python)
  • Experience in applying multivariate statistical methods to people research
  • problems (e.g. regression, dimension reduction/factor analysis, classification, clustering, longitudinal analysis)
  • Knowledge of HR strategic levers and how they define business outcomes
  • Experience in ONA, machine learning and text mining
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner with a desire for optimizations
  • Good previous experience with engaging with stakeholders, reporting findings, and addressing the status quo
  • Collaborates effectively and asks questions where there is ambiguity
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Structured and has the highest standards of data privacy and data protection when dealing with sensitive, confidential, and personal information
  • Interested in problem solving and working with new technologies to do so efficiently
