    Sr. Analyst, Business Process Improvement – Contingent Workforce Management

    The Role

    • Reporting to the Vice President, Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), you help execute the global contingent workforce management strategy.
    • Manage and support in-country contingent workforce program effectiveness in partnership with our external managed service provider (MSP), ensuring we secure top contingent talent in a compliant and efficient manner to meet business needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact and consultant to the business and the external MSP team on a wide variety of contingent workforce related topics, such as issues resolution, governance compliance, process improvement opportunities, reporting, external regulatory changes, and supplier enablement.
    • Work closely with Global Sourcing (Procurement), Global Business Service Center (GBSC), Legal and Compliance teams to ensure our Contingent Workforce Policy and related procedures align to all global, regional, and local requirements.
    • Drive process, system, and supplier optimization efforts regionally and globally as a key member of project teams and as part of the Contingent Workforce Management function
    • Facilitate training for stakeholders/program users to drive program and process adoption/compliance; provide insights to localize global training and education strategies, with additional focus for our Asia Pacific (APAC) and Middle East Africa (MEA) regions, especially for India
    • Support mergers and acquisition activities related to contingent workforce management globally.

    All About You

    • Experience with contingent workforce programs and/or functions in a fast-paced environment preferably with a global technology company.
    • Strong understanding of labor regulations related to the engagement and management of contingent workers.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven experience working in a corporate matrixed environment, either on a global or regional level.
    • Data analytical and results oriented approach with strong solution-based mind-set.
    • Experience using technology systems that support hiring (HRIS, ATS, WMP, etc.).
    • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS).
    • Able to build strong relationships, collaborating across geographical boundaries, networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
    • Outstanding at organizing and coordinating, strong project management and communication skills.
    • Able to multitask, deal with complexity, manage multiple deliverables.
